Macro PP Fibers

Macro PP Fibers are made of polypropylene as raw material and processde through special modification and surface molding process. It has both the function of steel fiber and the advantages of synthetic fibers. It has advantage of acid, alkali, resistant, excellent tensile, easy dispersing, convenience for constrection and no damage to vehicles and pavement and no need for special conservation.PP Macro fiber can be used instead of steel fiber to enhance the crack resistance of cement concrete and grenatly improve the toughness and flexural strength of concrete.Polypropylent fiber is widely used as a cement anti-cracking additive.Because the surface of concrete will lose water in the process of hardening,so it will shrink and crack.Adding Polypropylene fibers to concrete can effectively prevent cracks, and it can reduce damage when happened earthquakes and other natural disasters.
